Maison Vitis aims to provide a website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of their hardware, software, browsing context or abilities.

Assessment status

To date, the website has not undergone a complete audit against version 4.1.2 of the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA). It therefore makes no claim to a formal level of compliance. This page describes a voluntary improvement process and will be updated following an audit or significant change to the website.

Measures implemented

Particular attention is given to the following:

  • semantic page structure and consistent heading hierarchy;
  • keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
  • alternative text for informative images;
  • contrast, responsive text sizes and responsive layout;
  • accordions, carousels and controls operable by keyboard, with accessible labels;
  • the ability to pause animated content when required;
  • support for the system preference to reduce motion;
  • links that do not rely solely on colour and sufficiently large action areas;
  • an assistance tool for enlarging text, reinforcing certain visual cues and adapting the display.

An assistance tool does not replace native website accessibility. Corrections are therefore sought first within the content, code and components themselves.

Content and services that may present limitations

Some content supplied by third parties is partly outside the control of Maison Vitis and may present accessibility difficulties:

  • the Elloha booking widget and journey;
  • feeds from social networks, particularly Instagram;
  • YouTube video players and any subtitles supplied by the platform;
  • interactive maps, documents or external content added at a later date.

Whenever possible, equivalent information or an alternative contact method is provided.

Report a difficulty

If you cannot access information or use a function, contact us and describe the relevant page, the action you wish to perform and, if possible, your browser or assistive technology:

Remedies

If you encounter an accessibility issue that prevents you from accessing content or a function, have reported it to us and do not receive a satisfactory response, you may contact the French Défenseur des droits.

Continuous improvement

User feedback contributes directly to improving the website. New content, modules and third-party services will receive particular attention when they are integrated.
