Data processed
Depending on your use of the website, Maison Vitis may process the following categories of data:
- contact requests: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, subject and content of the message;
- newsletter and communications: email address, date and proof of subscription, preferences and unsubscribe history;
- preparation and management of a stay: contact details, requested dates, number of guests, special requests and information required for the booking;
- browsing: IP address, technical logs, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookie preferences and, with your consent, audience-measurement data;
- communications with Maison Vitis: content and history of correspondence useful for following up your request or stay.
Please do not submit sensitive data in free-text fields unless it is essential for processing your request.

Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to authorised persons within Maison Vitis and, to the extent required for their work, its technical service providers: website hosting and maintenance, email, AcyMailing for the newsletter, Convert Forms for forms, and providers involved in bookings and stays.
When you use the Elloha booking engine or widget, or follow a link to that service, Elloha processes the information needed to operate the booking in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics and YouTube, services provided by Google, will be loaded only with your consent when they are present on a page. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers must rely on a mechanism recognised by applicable law, including an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Maison Vitis neither sells nor rents your personal data to third parties.
Retention periods
- Contact requests and prospect data: for the time needed to process the request, then for no longer than three years after your last contact.
- Data used to market to customers: throughout the commercial relationship, then for no longer than three years after it ends or after the last contact.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. Minimal information may then be retained to respect your objection.
- Contractual data, invoices and accounting documents: for the periods required by law, including up to ten years for accounting documents.
- Technical security logs: for a period proportionate to their purpose, no longer than twelve months unless a specific incident requires otherwise.
- Cookies and trackers: according to the periods stated on the Cookies page.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection and, where applicable, a right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before its withdrawal.

Newsletter and unsubscribing
Newsletter subscription requires a positive action on your part. Every message must identify Maison Vitis and include a link that lets you unsubscribe easily. Withdrawing your consent has no effect on information requests or bookings.
Security
Maison Vitis implements technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks in order to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. As no system can offer absolute security, these measures are regularly reassessed.
