How do I book my stay?
You can book your stay directly through our online booking system. You can also add a table d’hôtes dinner, wine tourism experiences and other options to personalise your stay. We are also available by telephone if you would like help with your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary according to the type of booking and the rate selected. Please read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale when booking or contact us if you have any questions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay and cash. When booking online, you can also use Klarna payment options.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You can order a gift voucher directly through our booking platform and add a personal message. Give someone a Southern Burgundy escape: one night for two in one of our rooms, with breakfast included.
